I would guess yes from that too. But what makes me question it, is that when I leave a raid or party after getting 1hour fort or something, the buff leaves with the raidgroup, unless you're the last one in the group I think. You used to keep the buffs before the expansion but it seems blizzard deemed that inappropriate. That said, Iould see something being implemented to prevent this sort of thing and is why I'm asking.
I am not quite sure how dual sp is implemented extly, but it seems you are under the impression youanhange sps as easy as youanhange forms. I was under the impression there was either a lexoninriberinriber made item needed tohange sps and there was a goodhae there being aooldown of some sort.. but we will have to see on the ptr.. Indeed, the whole Lexon deal has been dropped. It will now be a 5sast out ofombat, and out of BGArena. Also on mmohamp. roll down to "Blue " and then look for "Dual Spialization".
